Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. The Service
auwo вземания (vzemania.auwo.ai) prepares reminder emails for unpaid invoices and sends them from the user’s own mailbox. The operator is Vaklin Stoynovski, Burgas, Bulgaria, under the auwo brand, audit@auwo.ai.
2. Plans
The free plan covers up to 20 open invoices and manual approval of reminders. The paid plan (unlimited invoices, automatic sending, Telegram report) is not launched yet; its price and payment method will be announced before any payment is requested from you.
3. Your obligations
- Upload only genuine receivables of your company, and have a basis for contacting the listed customers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data. We do not verify that an invoice is due or for what amount.
- Review reminders before approving them. With automatic sending on, you are responsible for what goes out.
- Do not use the Service for spam, threats or collecting sums that are not owed.
- Keep your mailbox credentials safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.
4. What we do not promise
Reminders improve the chance of payment but we do not guarantee that a customer will pay. We give no legal advice. The Service is not a debt-collection service: we do not pursue debtors on your behalf, charge interest or take action against them. Reminders are polite notices. Email delivery also depends on your mail provider.
5. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, and for the free plan we are not liable for lost profit. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Termination
You may stop at any time and delete your data under Settings. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or abuse.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is on this page. Bulgarian law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in Burgas unless consumer law provides otherwise.
